This work is part of a series of ten experiments on algorithmic understanding. The works try to capture states of growth without any knowledge about biological processes. The algorithm's failed attempts to create a meaningful representation of growing structures irritate our notion of growth. Is there a growth without a start and a beginning? Without a direction of extension or densification? Without order or symmetry?
